Zbadano występowanie kilku objawów EDS w procentach

"Conclusion: Our data suggest that any patient with EDS should be screened for POTS or MCAS as these are present in 90 and 89% of cases, respectively. Tethered cord should be screened for if CCI or Chiari is present, as should CRPS. Of our cohort, 52% have symptoms suggestive of Cranio-cervical instability when a Chiari malformation also exists. CCI nearly always occurs with POTS, as does MCAS in 96% of cases. Therefore, prior to surgery for CCI, consider assessing for, and treating, POTS and MCAS".
